Carrie Bodane facilitates the healing process of all physiological systems by integrating the therapeutic skills of a Certified BodyTalk System Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist and Bodyworker (NC#649), and a Medical Intuitive. Carrie listens to the body's Higher ~ Innate Wisdom to ascertain the body's therapeutic priority, thereby accelerating the healing process. Carrie brings over 12 years of experience to the therapeutic process.

In addition, Carrie is certified in Medical Intuition by Lori Wilson and studied medical intuition and archetypal analysis with Drs. Caroline Myss and C. Norman Shealy for 2 ½ years. Carrie is a Reiki Master/Teacher, approved as a Continuing Education Provider by the NCBTMB, and has been certified as an Associate Polarity Practitioner.

Carrie listens to the body's knowledge of its healing priority so the body's innate ability to heal can be enhanced — structural, emotional muscular/myofascial, nutritional. Carrie is a published author within the subject of complementary medicine. Carrie is currently pursuing a Doctor of Naturopathy degree.

Directions from the Beltline:
Exit Beltline onto Wake Forest Road exit, heading north. (From Cary, go left onto Wake Forest Rd.) (From Wake Forest, go right onto Wake Forest Rd.)
Pass under Beltline, and go approximately 5 traffic lights.
After 4th light, pass Eastgate Shopping Center with Crown and Shell gas stations, look for traffic light, and intersection with Hardimont Rd. on left, and New Hope Church Rd. on right.
4109 Wake Forest Rd. is 2nd building on left, between a Wendy’s and a Burger King. There is an awning that says “First Choice” out front by the first floor.
Go left into entrance to parking lot of 4109 Wake Forest Rd. Park on either SIDE of the building, where there is direct access to the main lobby and elevator. Take elevator to 3rd floor, suite 303. Go left off elevator, right at hall, see the suite on left.

Directions from North Raleigh heading south:
Pass Millbrook Rd.
Pass shopping center on left with Office Depot.
Bland Rd. on right.
Go through a traffic light.
Look for Friday’s Restaurant on right, #4109 will be 3rd building on right.
See Wendy’s and Burger King on the right, and a square stucco office building on the right, number 4109, and it says First Choice Family Healthcare.
Park on either SIDE of building, where there is direct access to the main lobby and elevator. Take elevator to 3rd floor, suite 303. Go left off elevator, right at hall, see the suite on left.

Directions from I-540 East:
Take Falls of Neuse Exit.
Go right onto Falls of Neuse.
4109 Wake Forest Rd. is approximately 6 miles from I-540 and Falls of Neuse Rd. exit and turns into Wake Forest Rd. about 5.5 miles from I-540 intersection.
Pass Millbrook Rd. intersection (traffic light) road becomes Wake Forest Rd. shortly.
Pass 2 more traffic lights.
Look for and pass Fridays Restaurant on right.
4109 Wake Forest Rd. is 3rd building on right.
As you pull into parking lot, park on either side of the building (not the Wake Forest Rd. side or back) to gain access to main lobby/elevator.
If you come to intersection with Hardimont Rd. on right and New Hope Church Rd. on left (traffic light) you have gone too far.
